Fill in the application form and we will contact you within 2–3 business days to complete your organisation's onboarding.
Before you begin, please have the following available: proof of legal status, Tax ID/Tax Office details, the legal representative's details and ID document, a proof of address for the representative (a utility or bank statement issued within the last 6 months), the organisation's IBAN, logo, and a short description of the organisation.
How it works, step by step

Submit the application
Fill in the form below — organisation details, legal representative, and which services you'd like to activate.

Review & approval
We review your application and get back to you within 1–2 business days.

Identity verification (KYC)
We send you a secure link from our payment provider (Stripe, Viva Wallet or Worldline, depending on your case). Your organisation completes its own verification — identity, IBAN, documents — directly on your own phone or computer. For public-law legal entities (e.g. churches, parishes, dioceses), an official gazette publication or a certificate from the diocese/archdiocese is sufficient as proof of legal status. If the person managing the account isn't named in that document, a simple authorization letter signed by the parish priest or another competent church authority is sufficient.

Go live
Once KYC is complete, your donation page / kiosk / QR code activates, with donations settling directly to your own account.
