Can't find what you're looking for? Email us and we'll respond shortly.

After your application is approved, you will receive an email with activation instructions and your high-resolution QR Code file. Activation happens automatically within 24–48 hours.

Make sure you're logged in with the correct account. Donations appear in real time. If the issue persists, email support@donationpos.gr with your organization slug.

Funds are settled according to the payment provider's (Stripe) settlement cycle, typically within 2–7 business days. You can track the status from your dashboard.

For terminal technical issues (connectivity, printing, hardware) email support@donationpos.gr with the terminal serial number and a description of the problem. Response target: within 4 business hours.

Yes. Send the new logo (PNG or SVG, min 400×400px) to support@donationpos.gr and we will update your page within 1 business day.

Refunds are handled exclusively through the admin panel. If you don't have access, contact support@donationpos.gr providing the amount, date and donor email.
